Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Ensure optimal equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency across the facility.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external vendor contracts.
• Oversee all corrective maintenance, repairs, and facility infrastructure upkeep.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in industrial machinery, electrical systems, and automation controls.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CMMS, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proven leadership and team development skills for maintenance personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply root cause analysis techniques.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience implementing and optimizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Demonstrated experience with advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
