Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability centered maintenance (RCM) strategies and asset management plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues to prevent reoccurrence.
• Perform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure points and mitigate risks.
• Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs utilizing technologies like vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
• Provide reliability input for new equipment selection, design, installation, and commissioning processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset uptime, reduce maintenance costs, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on equipment reliability and maintenance.
• Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability methodologies.
• Experience implementing and managing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret maintenance data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and scripting
• Experience developing or implementing Machine Learning models for predictive maintenance
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification
