Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and external service contracts.
  • Oversee the timely repair and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment to minimize production downtime.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall asset performance.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and support new equipment installations.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and facility systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with advanced CMMS administration and optimization.
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
  • OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification.
