Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop, coach, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact and sustainability of improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and proactive change throughout the organization.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across different production lines and facilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S) and problem-solving tools (e.g., DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects to deliver measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience deploying Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Demonstrated experience in Hoshin Kanri strategic planning and deployment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience developing detailed business cases.
