EHS Manager - Wyoming Area
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and procedures.
- Conduct EHS risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards.
- Lead and participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Develop and deliver EHS training to employees and contractors.
- Perform regular EHS audits and inspections to identify non-compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor EHS performance metrics, analyze trends, and report to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Professional certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience with advanced environmental permitting (e.g., Title V air permits, NPDES)
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive ergonomics programs
