Your responsibilities

• Operates the Delta-V system for all the liquid and dry processes
• Monitor and troubleshoots the processing and drying equipment using the Delta-V system
• Monitors the process flow to include flow rates, process, and equipment parameters
• Monitors DCIP, CIP, COP and other forms of cleaning using the Delta-V system
• Detailed batch record formula reading and documentation
• Perform SAP transactions
• Data sheet entry and batch data reporting and recording
• Perform chemical tests on circuits
• Assist with disassembling, assembling and preventative maintenance on various machinery
• Follow necessary gowning procedures based on the hygiene zone level
• Complete all necessary transactions, reports, and documentation
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Must be able to use radio system and always be alert on it. Important information is constantly communicated
• Be able to use independent judgment, work well within a team concept and be able to multitask between various processes

The experience we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
• Previous experience in a food processing department is a plus
• Experience with a computerized batching system is a plus
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs

US salary ranges

Starting pay $24/hour

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
