We are currently on the hunt for an engaging Scheduling Coordinator for ABA Therapy in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to be part of something meaningful, where your efforts contribute to delivering the best care possible.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Directly manage all session scheduling for clients receiving in-home ABA therapy through our intuitive EMR software, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
• Work independently to creatively support staffing needs across Michigan, collaborating closely with our VP/ED of Therapy Services and ABA Program Director.
• Foster positive relationships between our staff and clients by working with our clinical training teams to ensure the perfect match for every unique circumstance.
• Input and manage client care authorizations for urgency and accuracy, making sure that every detail is taken care of for seamless service delivery.
• Participate in ABA company orientation to fully understand our mission and objectives, enhancing your ability to connect with candidates during the scheduling process.
• Provide support through digital and virtual meetings adapting to modern communication methods.
• Embrace growth by mentoring other scheduling and authorization managers as our team expands!

Requirements

What You Need:

• Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus, but we also welcome those eager to learn!
• A growth and abundance mindset that drives you to seek excellence.
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle schedules and human connections effectively.

• Training and CEUs provided to support your professional development.
