Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles within the plant.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, particularly regarding manufacturing safety regulations.
• Administer HR programs such as onboarding, performance management, and benefits for manufacturing employees.
• Support the development and delivery of training initiatives, including safety, compliance, and skills development.
• Process payroll and manage timekeeping systems for hourly and salaried plant staff.
• Handle workers' compensation claims and promote a safe, healthy working environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including OSHA compliance.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and technical roles.
• Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and conducting workplace investigations.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and leveraging data for HR reporting and decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English)
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs
• Exposure to labor relations or unionized environments
