Crew Leader/Tree Trimmer

We’re looking for a top-notch Crew Leader who takes pride in their craft and wants to work for a company that values safety, professionalism, and doing things the right way. If you’re credentialed, experienced, and ready to lead by example in the field, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform and oversee proper tree pruning and removals in accordance with ANSI A300 standards.
• Operate and oversee the use of bucket trucks, aerial lifts, chippers, chainsaws, and other equipment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Mentor crew members and help maintain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications:

• Experienced climber.
• Valid Chauffeur's License.
• Strong working knowledge of pruning techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to lead crews and make sound decisions in the field.
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with plant health care programs.
• ISA Certification.
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience.
• CDL A or B.

• 3 years+ of climbing experience.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the trade.
