Partner with senior leaders to implement enterprise and business-unit HR initiatives aligned with transformation goals and business priorities.

Lead the execution of key talent and compensation processes, including:

Annual goal setting and performance appraisal cycles
-
Succession planning activities
-
Talent review boards and calibration sessions
-
Salary and promotion processes
-
HR analytics
-
Serve as a trusted HR resource to senior stakeholders, providing practical and solution-oriented support grounded in strong business context.

Help drive organizational alignment, skill building, and workforce planning through effective implementation of strategic programs led by the Senior HRBP.

Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver leadership development, organizational design changes, compensation planning and employee relations.

Monitor and surface emerging talent or organizational trends to the Senior HRBP and HR leadership, ensuring timely adjustments to support workforce needs.

Support a strong rhythm of the business by coordinating and enabling HR calendar activities (e.g., headcount reviews, talent pipelines, engagement follow-ups).
CANDIDATE PROFILE:

10+ years of Human Resources experience
-
Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stake holders in a fast paced environment

Strong business acumen and ability to create analytics in support of HR business initiatives
-
Able to communicate effectively at an executive level
-
Effective at dealing with resistance
-
Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Background reflecting strong tenure and career progression within a complex organization

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and, effective problem solving ability

Experience working in large global corporation, "High Tech" industry will be a plus

Experience within senior level executives; Leadership role with senior level executives for human capital advisement.

Responsibilities
Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Assist in the development and execution of the HR strategy including identifying creative approaches to assisting the business. Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Lead and support special projects. Create & provide reports on various aspects of Oracle's employee lifecycles that will assist the business to make data related decisions. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners. Lead the development of collateral materials for HR initiatives. May train and mentor other team members. Have project lead role. May perform other duties as assigned.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
