Equipment Repair Technician

Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced person with technical skills to provide mechanical and/or electrical maintenance and repairs to commercial and industrial food equipment, weighing systems, and wrapping systems. Services will be performed both in-house and on customer site. You will be expected to keep detailed records of your work for record and invoicing purposes. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a satisfactory level of customer service.
Responsibilities and Ability to Perform:
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
- Performing necessary part replacement
- Reading schematics/wiring diagrams and manuals
- Utilizing resources online or over-the-phone
- Maintaining vehicle inventory
- Possess an aptitude for completing necessary paperwork
- Possess an aptitude for hand-tools and measuring devices
- Organization of paperwork, parts, tools, and consumables
- Full-Time Availability and punctuality
- Willingness to work independently without supervision
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
