Laser Eye Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the front office operations of our clinic. As a leader in the LASIK industry, Laser Eye Institute is committed to providing exceptional patient care and outstanding surgical outcomes. The Clinic Manager will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our clinic. Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and staffing.
- Ensure compliance with practice standards and policy.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to front-office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Monitor and evaluate front-office performance, implement quality improvement initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an elective setting
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and customer relationship management software
