Assembler – Production Line
Cadillac, MI
Starting at $17.50/hour (All Shifts Available)
Assembly Resource MFG is seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join our team in the Cadillac area! If you enjoy working with your hands, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you.
Position Summary
In this role, you will inspect and build parts by assembling components on a production line. You will play a key role in ensuring quality products and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts using hand tools or machinery
- Follow work instructions and process sheets accurately
- Perform quality inspections to check for defects
- Meet production speed and output goals
- Pack and move finished products as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work procedures
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
