Job Duties
- Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Guide and supervise other staff
- Educate patients and their families
- Communicate clearly with the healthcare team
- Help solve patient care issues and improve outcomes
Requirements
- Required:
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Valid Michigan nursing license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Additional Certification:
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
