Machine Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $23.13 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• This entry-level position is crucial to our production process, involving hands-on operation of machinery, quality inspection, and adherence to strict safety standards within a demanding industrial environment.
• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform visual quality inspections on products and materials, utilizing gauges to ensure specifications are met.
• Engage in basic preventative maintenance tasks for machinery and equipment.
• Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other shifts regarding operational status, issues, and production goals.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address minor operational issues and production challenges.
• Physical Demands:*** * Must possess hearing ability and visual acuity (with corrective lenses as needed) to safely operate machinery and perform detailed inspections.
• Qualifications Education:** High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.* **Experience:** 0-1 years of experience of machine operating experience.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on visual quality inspection.
• Basic understanding of gauges. * Familiarity with grinders.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to frequently lift and move materials and products weighing up to 70 pounds independently.* Capability to stand, bend, twist, push, pull, climb stairs/ladders, stoop, crouch, and reach at or below shoulder level throughout an 12-hour shift.* Requires gross and fine manipulation with hands.
