Maintenance Supervisor x 2 Location: West Olive, United States Start Date: 06 February 2026 Pay Rate: $55 Per Hour Job Description: We are currently seeking two experienced Maintenance Supervisors to join our team in West Olive. The Maintenance Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and machinery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the safety and reliability of our facilities Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime Inspect equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and recommend repairs or replacements Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
