What You’ll Do
As a Cleaning & Restoration Technician, you’ll work directly in the field helping clean, restore, and protect our clients’ properties. No prior experience is required—we provide full training.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Performing carpet, tile, floor, and upholstery cleaning
- Assisting with water, fire, and mold restoration projects
- Operating specialized equipment (we’ll train you)
- Maintaining job logs, vehicles, and tools
- Providing friendly, professional service to customers
Growth Path & Certification Opportunities:

- Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
- Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
- Mold Remediation (AMRT/MRS)
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic tech skills (email, mobile apps, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
