Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, quality, and safety.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve production targets, optimize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the site's profit and loss (P&L), ensuring financial goals are met through effective budget management and cost control.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, promoting employee engagement and professional growth.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance.
• Ensure exceptional product quality and on-time delivery to meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L management and financial acumen in a manufacturing environment
• Extensive experience leading and optimizing complex manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, execution, and achieving business growth targets
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Deep understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, AI, Industry 4.0)
• Fluency in a second language relevant to international operations or a diverse workforce
• MBA or other relevant advanced business degree
• Proven track record in M&A integration or divestitures
