Key Responsibilities

• Execute various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding and strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Possession of AWS certification (e.g., D1.1, D1.2, D1.3) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining welding equipment and related tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced welding techniques (e.g., orbital, laser) or exotic materials.
• Proficiency in basic fabrication skills (cutting, grinding, fitting).
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and weld symbols.
• Familiarity with robotic or automated welding systems.
• Basic welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
