Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Implement and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for profitability improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize inventory levels and material flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven leadership ability to manage, motivate, and develop manufacturing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production management software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proven experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation in manufacturing
• Multi-site operations management experience
