We are seeking an experienced, reliable, high-skill phlebotomist to join our team on an on-call basis . This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, takes pride in their stick success, and prefers flexible work with strong compensation.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide venipuncture and specimen collection for clinical trial appointments.
• Work directly as part of our clinical trials team to support research integrity.
• Communicate professionally with patients and clinical staff.
• Document collections accurately and follow all safety and compliance protocols.
• Bring a high level of consistency and reliability to every draw.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced phlebotomist with a strong history of successful venipuncture.
• Calm, confident, and patient-centered in approach.
• Comfortable working on an on-call, intermittent schedule.
• Prior clinical trial or research support experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

We recognize that on-call work and high-accuracy performance deserve competitive pay. (Exact rates based on experience and reliability)

• Standby/on-call compensation: $15+ for days you are on call but not called in.
• Called-in rate: $30+ per hour with possible travel compensation.
