The Baker Insurance Agency is looking for an MVP! As our new Insurance Sales Representative, youll be joining a fast paced, star-studded team! Bring your coachable, positive attitude to the forefront, and well help you reach your goals! Using your outstanding listening skills to get to the heart of what each client needs, youll be providing them their best coverage options, keeping them a part of our team for years to come. As our Insurance Sales Representative, youll be using your ability to quickly build rapport to support your teammates and find every opportunity to network with new clients.

Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Interact with clients to assess their insurance requirements and offer personalized solutions.
- Inbound Inquiries: Manage incoming requests promptly, addressing queries and providing guidance.
- Plan Tailoring: Create customized insurance plans that align with clients' individual needs.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage through additional policies.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate strong client connections to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about insurance industry developments for informed client support.
- Licensing: Possess or be willing to acquire a Michigan Property & Casualty License.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service would be beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Client Focus: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining productivity.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other digital tools is a plus.
