• Licensing: Possess or be willing to acquire a Michigan Property & Casualty License.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service would be beneficial.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Client Focus: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
