Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat using digital technology and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
• Engage in continuing education and mentorship to expand clinical scope
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused practice culture

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active Michigan dental license or ability to obtain within 6 weeks
• At least 1 year of clinical experience or completion of an AEGD or GPR program
• Proficiency in restorative dentistry and general procedures
• Strong communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset

Compensation and Benefits:

• Earning potential of $180,000 to $220,000+ in year one
• Daily guarantee of $750$800 for the first 90 days
• 3032% of collections, based on insurance mix
• Flexible 4-day workweek
• Up to $5,000 in sign-on or relocation bonus
