Job Details

What You’ll Do:

Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs on furnaces, boilers, and air conditioning systems

Troubleshoot systems efficiently and communicate findings clearly to homeowners

Recommend maintenance plans and upgrades when appropriate

Train or mentor apprentice techs and provide feedback on service quality

Uphold the company’s high ethical and customer satisfaction standards

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience

Experience with gas furnaces and boilers preferred

Strong customer communication skills and ethical mindset

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

EPA Universal certification (or ability to earn within 3 months)

NATE certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)

Familiarity with ServiceTitan or other dispatch/service software

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $75,000 – $100,000+ (depending on experience)

Bonus & Commissions: Based on performance and sales

Schedule: 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with flexible options for family needs

On-Call: Light rotation (~every 9–12 weeks)
