Position 1: Fall Cleanup Specialist

• Pay: Earn up to $25/hr to $40/hr (based on experience; paid in cash)
• Work: Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and occasional light landscaping
• Hours: Flexible — typically Monday through Friday , with some weekend opportunities (20–60 hours per week, depending on your availability)
• Requirements:
• • Must have a dependable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license (in good standing)
  • Must be able to follow direction, work respectfully with team members, and provide great customer service
  • Must speak fluent English

  • Bonus pay based on performance

  • Prefer candidates who live in or near Ann Arbor, MI

❄️ Position 2: Snow Removal Specialist

• Pay: $30–$50/hr , depending on experience — $60/hr for emergency on-call availability
• Availability: Must be on-call 24 hours during snow events — reliability and responsiveness are key!
• Work: Snow plowing, shoveling, and de-icing at various residential and commercial properties
• Requirements:
• • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible, weather-dependent hours (including overnight shifts)
  • Must be dependable and safety-conscious
