Contract analyst

Job Title: Pricing AnalystJob Description

The pricing analyst will assist with the regular processing of rebate payments and enter contracts into Model N and Oracle systems. The role may involve projects related to creating links between various BI dashboards. The analyst will evaluate and implement pricing strategies and models based on current business and competitive market dynamics, conduct research, and perform competitive pricing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the regular processing of rebate payments.

• Enter contracts into Model N and Oracle systems.

• Create links between various BI dashboards.

• Evaluate and implement pricing strategies and models based on business and market dynamics.

• Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis.

• Monitor the competitive environment to ensure practices do not harm company reputation or customer satisfaction.

• Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to position product portfolio and establish pricing programs.

• Evaluate opportunities to monetize products initially offered at low cost or create upsell opportunities.

• Project the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and rebate programs on revenue.

• Create and administer pricing databases and coordinate the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business.

• Experience in accounting or finance.

• Ability to read and interpret contract languages.

• Proficiency in contracts administration, Power BI, payment processing, Oracle, and Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle or Model N.

• SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Experience with sales operations.

Work Environment

The work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility on start and end times. The role is primarily remote, but if located near Kalamazoo, there is an option for a hybrid structure. This position offers the opportunity to work for a leading medical device employer in the US, with a potential for conversion to a full-time role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Portage, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
