Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing production management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational targets and foster a safe work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) beyond basic user functions.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and automation technologies.
