General Labor Worker – Food Manufacturing

1st and 2nd Shift Available
Job Summary:
We are hiring dependable General Labor Workers to support daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting production lines, handling materials, and maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. No prior food manufacturing experience required — training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food production, packaging, and processing operations
- Load, unload, and stage raw materials and finished products
- Inspect products for quality, labeling, and packaging accuracy
- Package, palletize, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas per company standards
- Support machine operators and production teams as needed
- Perform general labor and housekeeping duties
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and safety
- Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Multiple shifts available
- Overtime may be required
