Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of defective parts, components, and systems.
• Install, modify, and upgrade new manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
• Conduct precise equipment calibration and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part inventories.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
• Relevant technical degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex machinery.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
• Proficiency in industrial welding and fabrication
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
