Continuous Improvement Leader | Mason, MI

Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) across manufacturing operations.
• Mentor and coach employees at all levels in the application of CI tools and methodologies.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial savings related to CI projects.
• Utilize data analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies and validate improvement efforts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Green Belt with extensive proven experience considered.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and drive sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing technologies.
• Experience applying CI principles to optimize supply chain processes.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience integrating CI methodologies with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
