Landscape Renovation Specialist – Transform Residential Spaces Through Quality Craftsmanship

Job Overview

• Company: JNE Homes LLC.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $23 to $27 per hour plus Performance Bonus.

• Location: Travel Required (Kalamazoo, MI).

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday.

• Project Scope: Residential Construction / Remodeling / Landscaping

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license.

The Opportunity You will play a vital role in field operations by executing high-quality residential maintenance, demolition, and staging projects. How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute precise interior demolition by removing cabinets, flooring, and fixtures while maintaining site integrity.

• Perform landscape transformations including mowing, mulching, and small-scale design to enhance curb appeal.

• Coordinate and perform furniture staging for finished homes by following detailed layouts with extreme care.

• Maintain project timelines through efficient junk removal and debris management for both interior and exterior sites.

• Perform comprehensive post-remodel cleaning to ensure homes are move-in ready for clients.

• Adapt to diverse daily tasks including material logistics and specialized "odd jobs" across multiple job sites.

• Ensure the safe operation and transport of company equipment and trailers between project locations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential landscaping and demolition.

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record for operating company trucks and trailers.

• Proven ability to work independently and follow detailed technical instructions without constant supervision.

• Physical capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift at least 50lbs regularly.

• Strong communication skills and a track record of being punctual and safety-conscious.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience in professional landscaping and snow removal operations.

• Prior experience in residential landscaping and basic construction.
