Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and production process assessments.
• Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
• Coordinate training schedules, resources, and facilitators to ensure efficient delivery.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory training requirements.
• Stay updated on manufacturing best practices and emerging training technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tracking software.
• Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training programs
