Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts, components, and systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production line stoppages.
• Install, commission, and relocate new manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and minor programming adjustments.
• Ability to interpret technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
• Welding (MIG/TIG) and fabrication skills
• PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting experience
• HVAC or refrigeration certification
