Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Develop, implement, and validate new or modified production processes and equipment.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex process problems, implement corrective actions, and provide technical support to production.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions, process scale-up, and design for manufacturability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with process simulation software, CAD, or manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing quality systems and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Familiarity with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
