About the Role

Are you a proactive and customer-focused professional with strong communication skills? We're looking for a Sales & Operations Support Specialist to help expand our business and provide exceptional service to our customers. This role involves a mix of sales outreach, customer support, and administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to national customers to secure purchase order numbers for seasonal business.
Schedule appointments for our outside sales team with construction and trucking companies.
Conduct outbound email and sales campaigns to engage potential clients.
Confirm orders and log details into the CRM system.
Support the expansion of our specialized fuel programs.
Handle inbound customer calls, including addressing concerns related to service or billing and offering effective solutions.
Send and follow up on marketing materials to ensure customers understand our offerings.
Deliver high-quality customer experiences by navigating issues and providing resolutions that enhance relationships.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of B2B experience in inside sales and/or customer service (construction or trucking experience preferred).
Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred).
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
