What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Purpose: Oversee and continuously improve our consumer loan servicing and credit monitoring functions, with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and scale.
- Elevate Lending Operations: Streamline workflows, optimize systems, and reduce friction for both our team and members.
- Drive Insights: Use your analytical expertise to create dashboards, evaluate portfolio health, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Shape the Member Experience: Collaborate across departments to simplify and digitize the lending journey—creating seamless, modern experiences.
- Coach a High-Performing Team: Mentor, support, and develop a team of professionals committed to excellence in service and operations.
- Own the Metrics: Monitor performance indicators like delinquency, charge-offs, exception tracking, and credit risk.
- Lead Strategic Projects: From system automation to merger integrations, you'll be at the forefront of initiatives that shape our credit union's future.
What We’re Looking For:
- A results-driven leader with 2–5 years of experience in lending operations and management, especially within consumer, indirect, business, or credit card lending .
- A Bachelor’s degree and deep understanding of lending regulations, credit analysis, and portfolio management.
- A proven ability to coach, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Someone with strong business acumen and advanced data analysis skills who can turn numbers into narratives.
- Experience designing scalable processes and identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- An effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
