Our cooks are artists! We pride ourselves on our kitchen and provide hands-on training. Our cooks are responsible for following recipes when preparing food and adhering to plate presentation and cooking standards. Our Line Cooks have several opportunities for duties including fry station, garnishes station, grill preparation, prep, and more. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver the ultimate guest service experience with strong customer service skills needed.
• Effectively participate in a professionally run service period, ensuring excelling in food quality.
• Promote teamwork and excellence amongst the kitchen team.
• Consistently ensure the station is prepped and stocked throughout service and the overall station remains clean and organized.
• Prepare orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work well with Crew Members and Managers.
• Have a basic understanding of Health Department food and safety standards.
• Arrive daily in proper uniform.

Physical Requirements:

• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal.
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift

Schedule:

• Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.
• Ability to work up to a 20-40-hour work week
