Reporting to the Director of Nursing Professional Practice, the Clinical Research Nurse Manager receives strong operational and data support while mentoring nurses in methodology, IRB processes, protocol compliance, and dissemination. Responsibilities include setting nursing research priorities, coordinating studies and EBP/QI projects, facilitating journal clubs and workshops, supporting Magnet-aligned outcomes and documentation, partnering with shared governance councils, and collaborating across a friendly, diverse team of nurses, physicians, pharmacists, therapists, case managers, and analysts. This part-time role is scheduled for 32 hours weekly.
