Busy, high-volume, family-owned restaurant is looking to add experienced line cooks to our team. We are a well-established kitchen with a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and a clean, organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience on grill, sauté, and fryer stations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong understanding of timing, execution, and plating
- Team players who take pride in their work
Cleanliness is a MUST
We run a tight, professional kitchen. You must:
- Maintain a clean and organized station at all times
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Respect shared spaces and equipment
- Be someone who cleans as they go – no exceptions
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to our standards
- Set up and break down stations daily
- Keep up with tickets during peak volume
- Assist with prep and kitchen organization
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
