The Retail Salesperson plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales within a medium-sized team of 6-15 members. Reporting directly to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, this role requires self-management and a strong focus on meeting customer needs during mostly weekday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Conduct accurate sales transactions and cash handling
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock replenishment
- Apply detailed product knowledge to inform customers
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising displays
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales
