Pediatric Occupational Therapist (1099) – Beyond OT | Northville, MI

About Beyond OT:
At Beyond OT, we believe every child grows in their own way — and therapy should be fun, engaging, and meaningful. We’re a therapist-led pediatric practice in Northville serving children from early childhood through early adolescence. Our clients include those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, and related diagnoses.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative Occupational Therapist (1099) to join our growing team! This position starts at approximately 7–10 hours per week , with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our caseload expands.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, play-based occupational therapy services to children and their families
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to a positive, compassionate, and team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Current Michigan OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about helping children thrive
