Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Full-Time Maintenance Technician (Level II) to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide world-class customer service while maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable community for our residents.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall community appeal, satisfied customers through quick response and quality make readies. Working as a team to reduce costs and find innovative ways to build value. This includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and HVAC work!
Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents
- Perform general maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, painting, and repairs
- Conduct daily property walks and assist with community upkeep
- Work closely with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks and meet daily goals
- Ensure a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and customer service throughout the community
- We are hiring for two roles currently - pay range scaled for those with HVAC experience
- On-call and renewal bonuses are not included in the hourly wage
- Salary range includes hourly based on experience, plus bonuses
A Day in the Life
Each day begins with a brief maintenance meeting with your supervisor to review daily goals and assignments. After a quick property walk and clean-up, service requests and apartment turns are assigned based on skill set. Throughout the day, you will troubleshoot maintenance issues, complete repairs, and help ensure our community remains a place residents are proud to call home.
