Nurse Aide (Non-Certified) | Saint Therese – Monroe, MI
Available Scheduled Shifts per two-week pay period: Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday.
-Morning Shift 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Part Time | 32 hours per two-week pay period)
-Evening Shift 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (Part-Time | 40 hours per two-week pay period)
-Midnight Shift 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. ( Part-Time | 24 hours per two-week pay period)
Sign on Bonus of $1,000 for 16 - 47 hours per two week pay period! *Same Day Pay Available*

-Provide direct care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
-Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes in condition promptly
-Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and communicate concerns to nursing staff
-Assist residents with mobility and transfers using approved techniques and equipment (gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.)
-Support residents with daily care needs while preserving dignity and independence
-Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
-Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members
Minimum Requirements:
-Previous experience as a caregiver in a facility, senior care, or similar setting
-Resident-centered approach with sensitivity to individual needs and abilities
-Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment
-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
-Dependability and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-Professional maturity and ability to manage the demands of a care environment
-Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents
Preferred Experience:
-Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
