Pharmacy In Charge to $140K - Outpatient Clinic – Weekdays – NW IL Near IA
We’re seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead daily operations and patient-centered pharmacy services in a clinic-based setting. This full-time role is ideal for experienced pharmacy managers who want a leadership-forward position with consistent weekday hours, strong operational ownership, and a steady work/life routine.
Highlights:
- $130,000–$140,000 base salary
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Closed most major holidays
- Lead dispensing workflow, patient counseling, inventory, and compliance
- Direct and schedule pharmacy technicians; support performance management
- Full benefits package and PTO
Requirements:
- PharmD
- Active, unrestricted Illinois Pharmacist license
- 3–5 years retail pharmacy management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
