Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in production machinery.
• Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts, components, and systems to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately in maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with production teams and engineers to identify and implement equipment improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex production machinery.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting.
• Relevant technical degree or journeyman certification in a mechanical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and minor programming.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience maintaining robotic systems or advanced automation equipment.
