Admissions Coordinator (Sales)

Job Summary

Virtuous Healthcare Academy is seeking a motivated and organized Admissions Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist prospective students through the enrollment process and help them begin their journey into healthcare careers.

This position combines customer service, coordination, and sales , with opportunities to earn bonuses based on enrollment performance.

Duties

• Respond to student inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain communication
• Guide applicants through the enrollment process
• Explain program details, pricing, and requirements
• Schedule and manage enrollment appointments
• Track leads and maintain accurate records
• Support enrollment goals and team targets
• Attend career fairs and other events to generate leads

Bonus Opportunity

Up to $800 per cohort (based on enrollments)

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Sales, customer service, or admissions experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Basic computer and phone skills
