KIRCO is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO in a fast-paced, high-impact role.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can anticipate needs, and enjoys managing both executive-level business responsibilities and select personal matters with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and priorities for the President & CEO
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and day-to-day executive activities
- Plan and manage detailed business and personal travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, and executive materials
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support special projects, events, and operational initiatives
- Assist with select personal responsibilities such as scheduling, vendor coordination, and organization
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Additional Details
- Full-time, in-person role based in Troy, MI
- Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required
