What You'll Do as a Store Manager

As the Store Manager at OWOC Market, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
• Managing inventory and stock levels , including receiving deliveries and lifting up to 30lbs when products arrive.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to create a positive shopping experience.
• Handling administrative tasks , such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and skills:

• 3 years of experience in a retail or management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire your team.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30lbs.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to tackle challenges with confidence.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
