- Flu Vaccine Required
- Years of Experience: 2 year(s)
- Charting: Epic
- MUST be able to proficiently harvest vein endoscopically and CVOR experience
- General department FA coverage (including ortho, vascular, gyn, thoracic, and general surgeries)
- CVOR experience required MUST be able to proficiently harvest vein endoscopically,
- Certifications Required: BLS
Requirements
- Registered Nurse - RNFA
- Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
