Functieomschrijving
De rol van CISO is nieuw binnen Lucas Onderwijs en wordt gepositioneerd onder het College van Bestuur, met functionele aansturing vanuit de directeur van het stafbureau. De kwartiermaker werkt nauw samen met de Functionaris Gegevensbescherming, de Privacy Officer en de ISO binnen Informatiebeheer. Je richt je op het ontwikkelen van informatieveiligheidsbeleid, de inrichting van governance en processen, en het implementeren van het SIVON-normenkader voor funderend onderwijs.
Je schakelt met regionale directies (VO), clusterdirecteuren (PO) en de schooldirecties van ongeveer 80 aangesloten scholen. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het professionaliseren van de organisatie op zowel bestuurlijk als tactisch niveau op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Formuleren van heldere beleidskaders voor informatiebeveiliging
Implementatie van het SIVON-normenkader binnen de organisatie
Adviseren van directie, stafbureau en schoolleiding
Inrichten van governance en processen rondom informatieveiligheid
Fungeren als sparringpartner op bestuurlijk, tactisch en operationeel niveau
Functie-eisen
WO werk- en denkniveau
Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als CISO
Ervaring met normenkaders (zoals SIVON), bij voorkeur in het onderwijs of bij overheden
Ervaring in grote en complexe organisaties
Vaardig in schakelen tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau
Pré’s
